Linda Cozzolino

Profile

Linda Cozzolino is currently working as an educational specialist for the Illinois Office of Educational Services, located on the Lincoln Land Community College Campus, in Springfield, Illinois. Linda is the Health Science Technology Facilitator for the Curriculum Revitalization Initiative, a Career and Technical Education Initiative that provides on-line lessons to teachers in Illinois. Trained in the art of tutoring and problem-design at the Problem-Based Learning Institute by Dr. Howard Barrows, Mrs. Cozzolino has conducted Problem-based Learning (PBL) workshops for clients throughout the world. Mrs. Cozzolino has studied and written about brain research and futuristic thinking, and used her knowledge to design leadership programs for students. Two of the summer leadership programs were held at Oxford University in Oxford, England. Mrs. Cozzolino has a background in curriculum and instruction, plus years of experience as a high school English teacher and administrator.
